Needs assessments have revealed significant gaps in financial literacy, career readiness, food handling education, and coping mechanisms for mental health. Addressing these areas is critical to building resilient individuals who can thrive personally and professionally. 2. Food Security, Mental Health, and Environmental Stewardship: Community feedback has also emphasized the importance of ensuring access to safe and nutritious food, addressing growing mental health concerns, and preserving our county's natural beauty and ecological health.
