The 4-H Country Ham Project Builds Valuable Skills

The 4-H Country Ham Project continues the tradition of the curing county hams, which has been a food tradition in Kentucky for hundreds of years. This 4-H project is one of the fastest growing at the state level and is a win-win program for youth involved.
