KY 4-H Issues Conference
In 2025, the Clinton County Extension Council identified Youth Leadership and Substance Abuse as a priority for the Plan of Work. To address this issue, County Agent, Ashley Duvall worked with 2 teen 4-H members who were interested in attending the Ky 4-H Youth Issues Conference held at the Dale Hollow State Park in Burkesville, KY.
