Keys to Embracing Aging reinforces the strong association between healthy lifestyles and prevention and additional years of life. The financial impact of improved health behavior includes immediate and long-term savings. By cutting out the cost of unhealthy habits such as a $10/day smoking or junk food habit, over $3,650 can be saved annually.
