Nowadays everyone thinks medication is a small orange bottle you get from the pharmacy with some type of medication inside. Studies show a quarter of adults use herb medication to treat their symptoms according to The American Journal of Medicine. Getting people exposed at a young age can have benefits such as the expense of medication and taking synthetic medication.

28 participants ranging from the age from 7-11

It was a good outcome. The kids enjoyed learning about it and doing the activities. I was getting questions from the kids about the herbs, such as how to grow them or prepare them for use. I got a lot of different reactions when talking about the herbs’ benefits such as surprised that lavender can help you sleep. Another reaction that thyme smelt like pizza.
