The program started with the Healthy Choices for Everybody program where participants learned about healthier alternatives to high sugar content beverages

At the conclusion of the program, many participants started drinking more water and making healthier beverage choices. Some participants bought different fruits available at the local Hispanic stores. At the conclusion of the program, participants showed a 99.2 % improvement in their diet quality. Many participants continued bringing new friends to the program to extend the benefits to their whole community.
