Informed by a steering committee of County Cooperative Extension Agents and community members, Sustainable Housing Initiative: Post-Disaster Resilience & Recovery for the Commonwealth is currently finalizing a set of instructional posters and fact web content to educate homeowners on best practices regarding sustainable materials, construction methods, energy efficiency, and environmental health pre- and post-disaster.

The display will debut at the 2024 KY State Fair. We anticipate establishing a permanent home for the mock-ups and sustainable materials library in conjunction with Cooperative Extension.
