While purchasing gas and other items at a local store here in Elizabethtown, KY. I came across a former student from New Horizon Rehab facility.
He pulls out his phone he wanted to show me an email. The email stated that he had passed his exam to become a health coach and that his next his next course that he was taking was the nutrition part to be able to teach nutrition classes.
He said it was because of the class that inspired him to go back to school. The reason he chose nutrition were because of the things he learned in my class and how helpful it was to him and he can be of some help others with the knowledge he gaining.
This is a long-term affect for this individual.
