A home owner in Lincoln County, Kentucky, requested assistance in getting home repair. The home owner spoke with a neighbor that had received USDA home repair technical assistance from the Kentucky State University, Area Agent for Small Farms Program during June 2018. Then the home owner phone called the Kentucky State University Area Agent for Small Farms Program to inquiry about getting USDA home repair assistances.
