Grant County KY has an Adult obesity rate of 35.6% and a physical activity rate of 30.2%. Ninety three people registered to participate in the Pounds off Pulaski County, weighing in at 20,054.6. At the end of the twelve weeks, 35 people had completed the twelve weeks program and lost a total of 601.80 pounds. All of the participants that weighed in to the end lost some weight each week. None had gained weight, and most would share that their clothing was now fitting better since they had lost inches through exercising several days of the week. Some reported exerci
