After an evaluation it was found that 80% of the students improved in their responses to eating fruit as a snack, 95% improved with their knowledge to choose foods consistent with federal dietary guideline recommendations and 83% use safe food handling practices more often. Furthermore, 82% improved their physical activity practices and 62% improved on tasting new foods.
