April, 2017 a FCS council has been established with seven members including the agent, first meeting will be in October to work on By-Laws and elect officers. Fall 2017, the marketing materials will be added to the agents in the academy Facebook pages to view usage and need. The journals will be published in the Fall.In order for the FCS agent in Rowan to afford this in-service and attend the National Conference, she wrote two mini grants to fund the activities totaling over $4,000.
