Participants had the opportunity to reflect on their current eating and exercise habits and develop a plan to help them form better habits.
Participants lost a total of 18.9 pounds over the course of the program. 81% of participants reported an increase in the number of fruits and vegetables eaten daily. 81% of participants also reported increasing their physical activity levels. One participant stated, “I never knew how to eat healthy before this class, I plan to continue doing what I have learned”.
