One of the highlights of the class was delving into the nuances between cured and uncured salami, offering a deeper understanding of the flavors and textures that each process imparts. This insight added a layer of sophistication to the participants' culinary knowledge.

Emphasizing the importance of food safety practices, the class ensured that every attendee left with not only a newfound skill set but also a commitment to preparing and serving charcuterie in a safe and hygienic manner.

Each participant received a personalized charcuterie tray to be showcased during holiday gatherings. The tangible takeaway added a special touch to the class, allowing attendees to share their newfound skills with friends and family.
