Ballard County FCS agent partnered with the Truth and Grace Homeschool Coop for a second installment of a ten week cooking series. Students expressed interest in learning about international cuisine and their cultures. FCS agent created a ten week syllabus highlighting ten counties to create a new cultural experience for students. The countries highlighted are as follows: Mexico, France, Ireland, Morocco, Italy, India, Greece, Canada, Thailand, and England. Students ranged from 10-16, with five students from the previous ten week series. Skills from the first series were carried over and built on for those repeat participants. On average there was a total of nine youth participants and three adult parent volunteers. Throughout the ten weeks parents that volunteered in the kitchen expressed learning something new every time the class met. The most popular country was India, the recipe made was butter chicken with homemade naan bread. Students showcased what they learned about their favorite countries in the Coop's end of semester showcase.

Students expressed that they wanted to do more baking in the kitchen for the next ten week series. Planning for a third installment titled "How to Bake Everything" is underway.
