The  Ale 8 bottling company in Winchester, KY, has utilized the services of the University of Kentucky Food Systems Innovation Center over the course of the last several years. During 2022/2023 FSIC has performed several quality analyses and shelflife studies on both old and new formulations.  This partnership has been mutually beneficial as the FSIC consistently involves student interns to perform the analysis and product development.
