Outcome: Intermediate Outcome
This meeting had a wonderful turnout. With recent years, some people were relucant to gather in a meeting room, eat a meal, and listen to a speaker. but this meeting is one that many come to and learn practical information they can take home with them. The attendees learned how to deliver a backwards calf, and heard about the upcoming protocol for vet meds. Out next speaker talked about shortening the breeding season and how econamical that is for a producer. we all shared a big meal and had a wonderful time. there was about 130 people in attendance. not many open seats!
This is an intermediate outcome because the practices the producers learned of will benefit them for the productive lifespan of a cow. that is hard to put a timeline on becasue all producers cull thier cows at different times.
