There were 12 Adult participants from the Louisville and Elizabethtown area in the first group, 7 core lessons from the Healthy Choices for Everybody Curriculum were taught over the course of 2 weeks with 4 one hour zoom meetings. The participants were engaged in the program and asked questions after every lesson. With the Conclusion of the program the participants were asked to answer a question which was what you liked or dislike about the Healthy Choices for Everybody Program. The Estill County Nutrition Education Assistant received very positive feedback, one participant shared that they were happy to learn about meal planning and writing down what they eat, they had struggled with an eating disorder and the program had helped them understand a lot more about healthy eating.
