Some reported exercising daily, and they were the ones that lost the most weight.
All participant were told at the beginning that those losing the most percentage of body weight would be recognized, not necessarily the persons that lost the most weight. The male losing the greatest percent of his body weight lost 24.7% and the runner up lost 21.2 percent of his body weight. The female losing the greatest percent of her body weight lost 17.4% and the second runner up lost 16.9 % of her body weight.
