Drones have proved to be as effective as a helicopter for fungicide applications. Due to lack of helicopter availability and poor timing has stimulated the purchase of farmer owned drones. By owning drones, producers are better able to time their applications for optimal fungicide effectiveness. Drones will be spraying approximately 40% of our 13,500 acres of corn.
