The ENFEP also gave a helpful tip of ways to be active if it wasn’t an option at their home. Such as, going up and down stairs, going to a community park to walk/bike. The ENFEP even discussed ideas for inside the home, such as squats, jumping jacks, dancing, even as simple as walking around a table. There was many suggestions on how a person can be physically active.
As a result, 95% of the participants showed improvement in their physical activity. There was improvements in all physical activity areas such as, exercising for at least 30 minutes a day, doing work outs to build and strength muscles, or making small changes to be more active.
