Rowan County 4-H has added a new club for middle and high school students. The 4-H Youth Development agents from Rowan, Magoffin, Morgan and Elliott Counties wanted to provide more opportunities for the youth in their communities to explore the different areas in Kentucky. The 4-H Multi-County Outdoor Adventure club also teaches youth responsibility and promotes being active.
