The problem-- BCTCS staff requested a training on how to "develop a small vegetable garden in a container"The educational program response-- Workshop for trainings and "Hands-On" applications for starting a small home vegetable Garden. Each of 22 participants, did training and used "Hands-On" to develope their own small container garden with a small tomato plant and edible flowers & lettuces.
