Overall enrollment in Owen County 4-H is good, however after discussions with the County Extension Council, and 4-H Council it was not exactly up to the goal that the Owen County 4-H Agent would like, the groups decided to have an "open house" style event to market 4-H in Owen County.The educational program response of the ice cream social event entitled "Get the Scoop on 4-H" was unlike anything we'd seen, it was marketed at the schools open house by various 4-H me
