After talking with local beef producers, it was determined there was a need for a class on cattle diseases. The ANR agent contacted Phil Prater, DVM at Morehead State University about conducting a class, he agreed. He put together a presentation entitled "You Make the Call: Cattle Diseases Common to Everyday Farming." The class was held in conjunction with a Mountain Cattlemen Meeting.
