The Kentucky 4-H Horse Program supported by the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service reaches hundreds of youth horse enthusiasts each year through the 4-H program. The program offers opportunities to increase knowledge and apply the knowledge via district and state level competitions. Julie Brown, Warren Co. Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development, and Catherine Webster, Simpson Co. Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development, served as the co-contact agents for the 2019 South Central KY 4-H Horse Camp. This was the 40th year for horse camp.
