Following the 2022 KY Volunteer Forum, one of the Harrison County 4-H volunteers who attended an upcycle tea cup class was inspired to repeat the transformed bird feeder to 4-Hers in Harrison County. She brought the concept to the county’s 4-H agent as an idea for a summer project camp. In developing plans for the day, Harrison County Program Assistant and daughter of the volunteer brainstormed with the agent and volunteer to develop a layered project camp day.
