Couch Potato Walking Challenge

Graves County Extension Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences offered a newsletter-based walking program designed for individuals who have not previously been physically active or who have not been physically active in a long time. There were three scheduled in-person meetings. The challenge was kicked off with a presentation from a Community Outreach Coordinator at the Market Cancer Center focusing on Get Fit Be Smart.
