Weed management in pastures and hayfields continue to be an area of importance to livestock producers. There are several factors that tend to lead to this such as fertility, overgrazing, and just an overall lack of a pasture management plan. Newsletter articles are written on a regular basis about weed management. Also many farm visits tend to focus on weed issues in the pasture or hayfield.
