Over the Top In 2016 Dicamba was labeled for “Over the top application” (OTT) on dicamba-tolerant cotton and soybeans. Since that time there has been a growing concern about producers making spray applications and the liability of doing so. In the last 8 years we have seen an increase in the number of custom commercial applicators.
