Situation:

People are living longer.  Kentucky population of seniors is expected to double in the next 40 years due to the aging Baby Boomers.  The way in which you take care of yourself through the years both physically and mentally will impact the way in which you age throughout the lifespan.

Long-Term Outcomes:

Decrease falls and increase physical activity.

Intermediate Outcomes:

Change behavior to decrease risk of falling.

Initial Outcomes:

Reduce risk of falling; promote healthy lifespan behaviors.
