What Are Extension  
Homemakers Involved In? 
 Extension Homemakers offer 
friendship and fun!  Our members are 
enthusiastic and dedicated to their  
families and community.  Members 
have a great time with any project they  
assume.   
 Extension Homemakers involved 
in clubs have monthly meetings.   
 Mailbox Members participate in 
programs and meetings as their 
schedule will allow, and receive newsletters 
and lesson materials in the mail. 
 Other than club meetings and  
educational programs, Extension  
Homemakers are involved in a variety  
of activities.   

 Besides making new friends, 
you will gain knowledge and many  
new skills.  Extension Homemakers  
consist of groups of friends, neighbors 
and community members who  
organize in order to strengthen  
individuals and families through  
continued learning, leadership  
development and community  
involvement.   
 Extension Homemakers assist 
the Extension Service with promoting 
Extension programs and sharing  
educational knowledge and resources 
with others in their communities.
