Describe the Issue or Situation.Ballard County is blessed with a long tradition of 4-H volunteer leaders. In the last 30 years it has increased even more. We also have a strong tradition of financial support from the county as well. Describe the Outreach or Educational Program Response (and Partners, if applicable).This is evidenced in the number of clubs we have now and the number of donors and the amount of donations received each year.Provide the Number and Description(s) of Participants
