To assist the University of Kentucky Master Clothing Volunteers (MCV) with their leadership and sewing skills, two counties in Northern Kentucky collaborated to offer a basic sewing series to one of their more rural counties. A Basic Sewing Class for ages 18 and up was planned by the 4-H Youth Development agent along with the leadership of one of the Master Clothing Volunteers in the area. Information was sent out via social media and nine participants signed up.
