Soon after the arrival of a new 4-H Agent in Grant County a problem was swiftly perceived. This problem was identified through a combination of direct conversation with volunteer leaders and the personal observations of the new 4-H agent, Haley McFarland. Great leadership drives great Extension programs.  Extension Council members are trained so they may understand their responsibilities as leaders to help plan, implement, and review educational programs conducted by the Taylor County Cooperative Extension Service.Local producers are promoted through a Direct Sales Brochure developed by the Extension Council.The Taylor County Agriculture Advancement Council meets 11 times a year where educational or informational programs are presented. &nbs
