Seven counties in the Wilderness Trail area were sent information to share the video on their county’s Facebook page for their homemakers. In Clay County we had 50 people that viewed the Live video and 71 people were reached.

One person tried bok choy and Chinese cabbage. Two people asked for information on red and green lettuce, they had never made a salad with it they had only used iceburg lettuce.
