The Bullitt County Extension Office partnered with the Mount Washington Public Library for their second series of zoom classes teaching Eating Healthy for Everybody on February 9th 2021.
After the lesson “Breakfast made Easy for Everybody” one of the participants sent an e-mail saying that she felt inspired to rethink her breakfast foods and to make a plan of eating a healthier breakfast.
At graduation there had been a seventy-five percent improvement in diet quality in this group.
