Examples of these efforts include: The July/August and the September/October Editions of the Montgomery County Extension Agriculture News & Events Newsletter were mailed out to 1035 clients per newsletter. These Newsletters announced to clientele the application period for the Montgomery County Agricultural Investment Program (CAIP) and virtual educational requirement opportunities; The . opening of the Montgomery County Farmers Market under Covid Guidelines; Sign-Up dates and information about the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP); and many other virtual Field Days, Trainings, Certifications, Webinars and Programs designed to assist Farmers in general, Beef Producers, Forage Producers, Grain Producers, Tobacco Producers, Horticulture Producers, Pond Owners and Homeowners.
