Team Work is Everything.

Author: Tyler Miller

Planning Unit: Lincoln County CES

Major Program: Staff Development

Plan of Work: Unrelated to a specified County Plan of Work

Outcome: Initial Outcome

Before I had to work remotely, I made sure that I spent time with the 6 people that worked directly next to me in the office. I wanted to spend time in the office with them to get to know one another and build a good relationship with each person. I felt like it was equally important for them to have the chance to get to know me and feel comfortable working with each other. I would say that the time spend working along side each other has been very benefical for everyone, especially me. I have learned so much about them and they have taught me so much about how the office operates. This has been good for everyone involved!
