4-H Programs, such as Logan County 4-H’s Workforce Prep, provide Members with academic & social enrichment complimenting and enhancing formal learning, aligning with benchmarks and developing essential 21st Century Skills for Success.
178 Logan County middle school youth participate in 4-H College and Career Educational Programs through our Workforce Prep program. After completion of the program, students are ready to fill out an application, construct a resume and cover letter, and have the skills that they need to take to an interview. 100% of participants are able to do a proper handshake, complete an application, and participate in a mock interview.
