Simple Budgeting with Menus/ Shopping Lists

Using the Healthy Choices for Every Body curriculum, Budgeting your Monies, 17 parents and their children made shopping lists of the items they needed using a simple method only purchasing what was on the list, including healthy snacks.
After examining the cupboards, they proceeded to make their list, adding in store ads, sale items, and digital coupons.
After reviewing their list, 10 out of the 17 saved $20 dollars on their grocery purchases by using their shopping list, clipping coupons, in store ads, and choosing healthy snacks of fruits and vegetables they prepared themselves.
