After the six lessons were taught 93% of students improved their ability to choose healthy foods according to federal dietary guidelines. Seventy-seven percent of youth now use safe food handling practices, like washing their hands before they eat. Furthermore, 76% of youth have increased their daily physical activity to 60 minutes.
