Using recipes from the SNAP-ED recipe list, the youth learned how to make Fruit parfaits, fruit sushi, fruit smoothies, and competed in a Cookie Decorating competition for the final session.  They received SNAP-ED items and a recipe book to take home. They were also given 4-H enrollment forms and other 4-H information about day camps.

100% of the youth learned & demonstrated how to properly wash their hands, 100% of the youth learned how to properly use a knife, and 100% learned how to make Fruit sushi. 3 of the youth tried mango and pineapple for the first time.
