The leaders provide hands-on learning experiences for the youth such as bringing goats or poultry to the Extension Office for youth to learn from.
Hopkins County 4-H Livestock Club has knowledgeable members who have competed in Livestock Skill-a-thon, Livestock Judging, County Fair Shows and Kentucky State Fair. The program continues to grow each year, with more youth, more activities, and learning experiences.
