The Carter County Nutrition Education Program (NEP) Assistant worked with local youth at West Carter Middle School, the youth were taught a nutrition lesson and played a physical fitness game with dice. They roll two big dice, one tells them which physical activity they will do, and the other tells them how many of the activity that they will be doing.

The group thought it would be fun to make a game out of it.   They divided into two groups and competed against each other.  One student said they had so much fun, they wanted to make a set for at home so they could play increase their physical activity in the evenings with their neighbor friends.
