Laundry is a necessary task, however, most people (68%) dread completing it. Many laundry misconceptions and mistakes cycle through without being caught. FCS Agent Delaney Eubanks taught a Laundry Refresh program as a part of a Lunch & Learn series. From participant evaluations, 100% of participants improved understanding for laundry additives, understanding of the efficient use of washers and dryers, said the information provided was practical, and that it was a very educational program, and 80% said they'd sort their laundry based on program suggestions. 100% of participants said they would change their behavior after being given the information in the program, both in the amount of laundry additives they were using and in using and maintaining their laundry machines according to program suggestions.
