Provide the Number and Description(s) of Participants/Target Audience.

23 people including 3 males and 20 females (all white) over the age of 60 joined for our first of 20 lessons/exercise dates for Fall Prevention.

Provide a Statement of Outcomes or Program Impact. Please note that the outcomes statement must use evaluation data to describe the change(s) that occurred in individuals, groups, families, businesses, or in the community because of the program/outreach.

All participants completed a Pre-Test stating whether or not they had experiences a recent fall, health issues and other pertinent information.
