The problem

The lack of life skills in youth is a growing concern in many societies today. Life skills are essential abilities that enable individuals to effectively navigate various challenges and situations they encounter in daily life. Reasons why youth face deficit in life skills are educational system, technology dependence , parental influence, social economic factors and cultural shifts. Addressing the lack of life skills in youth requires multiple step approach involving educators, parents , policymakers, and community leaders. Introducing life skill education early in schools, providing mentorships programs , promoting experiential leaning opportunities , and foster open communication about life's challenges.

The educational program response

In response to those deficiencies we did programs that focused on communication skills, critical thinking problem solving , decision making , emotional intelligence , resilience , time management self confidence , financial literacy, teamwork , leadership skills , adaptability and digital literacy. These skills are crucial for young people as they prepare to navigate education , work, relationships and other aspects of adult life. Developing these skills equips youth with tools they need to succeed and thrive in today's world.

The participants/target audience
