The educational program response
In response to those deficiencies we did programs that focused on communication skills, critical thinking problem solving , decision making , emotional intelligence , resilience , time management self confidence , financial literacy, teamwork , leadership skills , adaptability and digital literacy. These skills are crucial for young people as they prepare to navigate education , work, relationships and other aspects of adult life.
