Hickman County is one county that receives very little (less than $5,000/year) Phase I Tobacco Settlement funds that was established by House Bill 611. The CAIP money spent this year in Hickman County was $39,500 as of 5/31/24. 14 producers applied with 10 receiving funding up to $4000.00/practice/person.
