Candyland 2023
Author: Trever Cole
Planning Unit: Mason County CES
Major Program: Community Engagement
Plan of Work: Engaged Communities
Outcome: Intermediate Outcome
As an entire office we worked together to put the Candyland Holiday program on for the second year. we worked together to promote the program inviting community organizations to participate again by setting up craft booths and each program area provided a craft or activity into a to-go bag. This year we increased the number of families served by adding additional spots for each time. This program had the impact of helping families come together for crafts as well as raise awareness of Extension and build relationships with community organizations for future programs.
